Basic Motors operates exclusively as a B2B trading business. Therefore, consumer return rights under Israeli and EU consumer protection laws (such as §355 BGB in Germany) do not apply.

All orders are subject to our B2B Terms & Conditions, which outline the full policy regarding:

Delivery obligations
Limitations on returns and refunds
